About Us

Guiding Your Care Decisions

When it comes to making a decision about home support and domiciliary care services, we understand the pressures and questions that you might have. Whether considering home care for yourself or for a relative, we work closely with you to help you make the right decision and provide a service tailored around your exact needs.

Our Journey and Commitment

Loving Care Companion is initially formed as a non profit business out of personal experiences of sourcing care and support for an elderly relative. From there, Loving Care Companion has grown into a company that provides 24 hour home care services to adults and the elderly in need of short or long-term personal, physical and domestic support to meet their daily needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Guiding Your Care Decisions

Our service is centered on a truly personal approach and a commitment to quality. We believe that our clients deserve to receive professional support at home. We work hard to establish ourselves as the provider of choice, striving to make every day a better day. We aim to be the provider of choice, supporting independent living and bringing peace of mind to families. With every interaction, our care team promotes dignity, positivity, and reassurance at home.

Trusted People

We are committed to making a positive difference for everyone we work with—clients, staff, and partners—through honesty, transparency, and professionalism. All our community support assistants are carefully selected and thoroughly vetted, including full reference and police checks. Each staff member completes a full induction and training programme aligned with Care Quality Commission standards. This ensures every individual receives safe, reliable, and high-quality care tailored to their needs.

Emotional Support

We are proudly registered with the Care Quality Commission, ensuring that all our care services meet the highest standards under statutory regulations. In addition to supporting our service users, we also work closely with their families to understand individual needs and help alleviate stress through compassionate, tailored care.
